The foundation of "Akıncıpark Mass Housing Cooperative" with 252 houses, which was put into practice under the leadership of Karatay Municipality and which is the 41st of the mass housing moves, was laid with a ceremony.

The mass housing project, which started to be built in Karakulak Neighbourhood with the foundation laid, will be put into practice in a total of 27053 square meters of urban transformation area. There will be 100 3+1 flats- 135 square meters and 54 flats -100 to 85 square meters in the project.

In his speech at the groundbreaking ceremony, Hasan Kılca, the Mayor of Karatay, emphasized that Karatay is one of the most important deep-rooted settlements of Konya and the region due to its location and deep historical background.

EACH OF OUR PROJECTS İS A MARK ON THE FUTURE OF KARATAY

Hasan Kılca stated that there will be a green area of ​​20000 m2 within the Akıncıpark Mass Housing Cooperative and said the following: Our only main purpose is to conquer hearts, to leave a mellifluous voice and a sweet memory in the hearts. Therefore, our priority in reconstructing our city is to touch hearts and build bridges from hearts to the whole of our city. Every single project which we develop for Karatay is the gateway to innovations for our district and a mark on the future of Karatay.  In this context, we all feel joyful about laying the foundation of AkıncıPark  Mass Housing Cooperative, which was established under the leadership of our municipality and determined the beneficiaries through a live broadcast on digital platforms due to the pandemic by drawing the lots three months ago. Our project, which consists of two different plots and parcels at the intersection of Karakulak Neighboorhood,  Büyükkumköprü Street and Sarıcami Street, and also of Balçelebi Street and Tinat Street, will be built in an urban transformation area of 27053 square meters. There will be 100 3+1 flats- 135 square meters and 54 flats -100 to 85 square meters in our project.

Kılca stated that Karatay's prestige will increase with the mass housing move that will rise in Karakulak Neigboorhood, and continued his speech and said the following: “We do not consider this project as construction but as a social responsibility project. We surround our residences within the Akıncı Park Mass Housing Cooperative, which has 252 housings and which was put into practice in our Karakulak Neighbourhood, with a total green area of ​​20000 square meters. We offer our citizens the opportunity to have a much more comfortable, happy, and peaceful living space with children's playgrounds and recreation areas, walking trails, and underground car parking. We also aim to accelerate ordered and safe construction,  encourage private enterprises and offer modern living space to our fellow citizens who will reside here with this project. Our purpose is to prepare our city and country for a prosperous future, starting from today, as I have just stated through this and many other projects that will make the region the center of a much more comprehensive transformation.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank our headmen and all my fellow citizens from Karatay, who contributed valuable efforts in making our services much more efficient and faster. May our Akıncıpark Mass Housing be beneficial to our Karatay and Konya.
